Thank you for sharing in Jaga-Me’s journey in the past year as a partner and supporter of Jaga-Me’s vision to make healthcare accessible for the world. 2017 was an exciting year for team Jaga-Me in three respects:
First, Jaga-Me’s efforts to innovate the delivery of care recognized by
The Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation awards – where Jaga-Me was awarded as one of the top 5 home care operators in Asia, alongside respected colleagues such as TOUCH Home Care and NTUC Health.
President’s Challenge – where Jaga-Me was awarded Social Enterprise Startup of the Year.
Second, Jaga-Me made strides in enhancing the quality of care through accredited training and development courses for our JagaPros as well as nurses in the community. Ranging from ELNEC, to in-house training workshops, and re-certifying our nurses’ BCLS and AED skills, Jaga-Me is investing in quality and we would love to hear your ideas on ways we can improve further.
Last but not least, Jaga-Me recently inked a partnership with top 2 global insurance company, AXA, to create a seamless post-hospitalization experience as an integrated part of AXA’s health insurance policies. This is validation of the value that Jaga-Me home care can bring to insurers in facilitating a smooth transition home for their customers.
