Competent
All JagaPros have to sit for a round of competency tests, where their skills are thoroughly evaluated to make sure they are able to provide quality care.
Experienced
All nurses have a minimum of 3 years of acute ward experience, all healthcare assistants are trained and certified in caregiving, and all doctors are SMC-licensed with hospital experience in Singapore.
Personally Interviewed
We have a stringent selection process. On top of background checks to ensure safety, we make sure they have the right attitudes and work ethics.
Continuously Trained
We provide our JagaPros with training and upgrading workshops to empower them to provide better care for their patients.
Licensed
A valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate for nurses is a must, while it is mandatory for all doctors to be licensed with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
