Start your caregiving journey the right way

We all want the best possible care for our loved ones or for ourselves. However, not everyone has the resources or information to provide proper care. Details like how to maintain patient hygiene, what products to buy, or how to manage medication might not be known to caregivers.

Let our experienced nurses conduct an assessment and create a personalised care plan to guide you through your caregiving journey.

Who benefits best from a care assessment?

Caregivers who

  • are new to caregiving
  • are unsure of best practices of home care
  • want home care but are unsure what services they need
  • want to properly manage chronic conditions
  • want to maximise their loved ones’ comfort
  • want to be more effective in caring for their loved ones
  • are struggling to manage their loved ones’ conditions

What assessments will be carried out?

"It is a service I highly recommend to others"

“All we wanted was for the best medical attention for our mother, and her complete recovery. The most important factor in decision-making for us was the experience of nurses to handle the illnesses of the patient and their age. The nurses at Jaga-Me are kind and caring. It is a service I highly recommend to others in the same situation”
